- Proof of purchase / agreement of sale
- Sabhuku or co-operative letter (if available)
- Stand number and suburb / district
- Valid National ID or Passport
- Passport size photo
- Proof of residence or occupation
- Affidavit signed before a Notary Public with right thumb fingerprint
- Biometrics (photo capture)
